HEY, I'M TAYLOR SMITH

I have always wanted to do photography, but something was always holding me back. It wasn't until 2022 that I finally started. I bought the computer and software, borrowed my mother-in-laws 20-year-old camera and got to work. I then met my husband, moved to Southern California, had my daughter. My career really kickstarted in California, where there are SO many beautiful scenery and photogenic options. I always LOVED those beach sessions, but my heart stays southern and has always had that western style to it. I capitalized on my western niche when we moved back to Kansas in 2024. I am excited to see where God takes my career, and I am so excited you are here to support me along the way.
MY NICHE
I have always been a horse lover, even from early childhood, I have grown up with horses and someday pray we will have land and horses of our own. Growing up this way has influenced me to love and lean towards that niche and image style. I love warm, neutral tones with a staple piece, whether that be with animals, outfits or posing. There is a clear difference in photos that are staged and unnatural verses relaxed, fun and natural. I strive to make my clients feel comfortable and my goal is for the photos to reflect that.
